Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama. She graduated from Faulkner University in 2018 with a Masters of Science in Counseling. Her previous career was as a Medical Assistant in a busy medical practice for 18 years. Michelle understands how hectic life can be and appreciates that clients are taking time out of their busy schedules to work on themselves.

She is motivated to see her clients work through life’s tough times. She has worked with clients that have survived interpersonal and sexual abuse for the past five years at a community crisis center. She is trauma informed in her methods and is client lead in therapy modalities. Michelle is also passionate about educating her clients about how the body responds to stress and trauma.

Michelle currently lives in North Alabama with her husband of 16 years. She has four grown children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys working and playing outside and meets every day with gratitude.
